Delivery & Returns


We aim to process and despatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday. We will dispatch to a different shipping address but will carry out additional checks where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves and our customers. We have a variety of UK delivery services:

* Our Next Day expedited service is typically out for delivery the next working day after postage. This service isn't a guaranteed next day service. However, 95% of our orders are delivered within one day. Due to carrier restrictions we cannot provide this service to all UK postcodes, if you are in an exempt postcode the Next Day service will not be available at checkout.

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. You have 365 days from receiving your goods to return them to us. There’s no need to request a return or contact us before making a return unless the item you have received was faulty on receipt.

We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be processed back onto the account originally credited. You will be notified by email when your refund has been initiated. From this point, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to show back in your account.   1. Complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase. If you have misplaced your returns form you can download one here (make sure you include your order number on this one, if you can't find it please contact us).
  2. Package the item(s) together with the returns form in the bag which your order was delivered in. If you have lost or damaged this bag you can use a similar mailing bag to protect the product(s).
  3. Send us your return. UK returns can be sent Royal Mail or Collect+. UK pre-paid returns should usually arrive with us within 3-4 working days. International postage times vary.
    • Royal Mail: Attach the pre-paid label to your parcel and take to your local Post Office.
    • Collect+: Attach the pre-paid label to your parcel and take to any participating store. If you misplace or damage your Collect+ returns label one can be found on the Collect+ website.
    • International: Send to- Shoefish, Unit 15A-C Dew Pond Lane, Tongue Lane Industrial Estate, Buxton, SK17 7LF, UK. If returning from outside of the UK; costs involved are paid for by the customer at the time of posting. Outgoing postage charges will be refunded on orders returned from inside of the EU in line with 2014's EU Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  4. Ensure you obtain and keep proof of postage in a safe place until your refund is processed. Any UK Next Day postage charges will not be refunded on returns unless the incorrect item is received or is faulty.
